Electricity flows from generators to consumers through the electrical grid. Community Energy Marketers, such as Adagio Energy, do not take physical possession of it at any point. By switching Community Energy Marketers and moving over to Adagio Energy; the flow of electricity is never interrupted.
It is helpful to think of retailers as providers of financial arrangement, adding value through the provision of the agreement offerings, customer care and billing services.
